  1. In order to up-date the first year to
  2. second year, this option will carry
  3. over any assessment data from the first
  4. year and set up blank user files. It
  5. will be necessary to use a copy of the
  6. year 1 TGFILE in order to load the
  7. files, but once converted the second
  8. year version for TGFILE should be
  9. substituted in its place. Files will be
  10. automatically renamed and the first
  11. character of the tutor code, the year
  12. number, up-dated in each record.
